Publications of Potential Interest to Attendees of Forge Road Bible Chapel

Christianity and Liberalism

Originally published in 1923 to combat the emergence of liberalism that was subverting churches and denominations in the guise of updating Christianity to conform to modern science. It is a call to maintaining doctrinal purity and the historicity of the Christian religion. It was prescient then and remains timely now.

The Religious Life of Theological Students

Originally delivered in 1911 as an address to students at Princeton Theological Seminary to inculcate the desire for godliness, sound doctrine, devotional study, and immersive fellowship in community being mindful of the “infinitude of the resources at [our] disposal” when we pray. It offers encouragement to all who study the Bible and may be of particular benefit to those engaged in teaching ministries. A short biographical sketch of Warfield is included.

Ephesians 1.1–2.10: An Introduction to Block Diagramming

Notes from a short study that explored a diagramming method designed to reveal the structure of Ephesians and its relationships with nearby ideas and larger themes within this book. The method is generalized to assist study of other New Testament letters.
